An apartment hotel proposed by Scripcariu Birou de Arhitectură on a plot of over 280 sqm on Albert Einstein Street, in the center of Cluj-Napoca, has received approval from the urban planning commission.
According to the designers from SBA, on a 281 sqm plot at 8 Albert Einstein Street currently occupied by a ground-floor building, the intention is to demolish it and construct an apart-hotel with a ground floor, three floors, and a recessed floor. The beneficiary is the company Coral Oil.
The hotel will feature a reception – administration, staff locker room, and luggage room on the ground floor; on floors 1-3: 2 accommodation units classified at 2 stars on each level; and on the recessed floor: technical spaces, a housekeeping office, an outdoor pool, and its annexes.
The building will be able to develop a maximum ground footprint of 168 sqm and a total floor area of approximately 618 sqm.
