Former footballer Ilie Dumitrescu, who owns the Hanul cu Tei conference center in central Bucharest, has entered into a partnership with the family of Simion and Loredana Apreutese, owners of the freight carrier International Alexander, and together they are developing an apart-hotel across from the Băneasa Shopping City mall.
The project is authorized by the Sector 1 City Hall and a building is to be constructed on a plot of nearly 900 sqm. The building will have two basements, a ground floor, and 5 floors over a total built area of nearly 1,900 sqm. The building, featuring premium finishes and classical architecture, will include 6 duplex apartments, which will benefit from elevators directly into the living area.
