The South African company NEPI, one of the most important real estate investors on the local market, has started construction work on a shopping center in Timisoara, with company representatives announcing that the building’s foundation has already been poured.
The Timisoara mall will have a leasable area of approximately 70,000 square meters and will feature the largest Cinema City cinema, which will total 2,400 seats and an area of 4,000 square meters.
