Airline Blue Air is launching Nadia, an AI-based (artificial intelligence) virtual assistant designed to provide rapid assistance for queries.
Blue Air’s new virtual assistant was inspired by Nadia Comăneci, the first gymnast ever to receive a perfect score of 10.00 at the Olympic Games.
Nadia is machine learning-based software designed to provide assistance at a natural conversational level, ensuring automated services and an adaptable CUI (conversational user interface).
The service is available for free, 24/7, in Romanian, Italian, and English, and provides necessary information regarding flight schedules, general flight information, general conditions of carriage, everything about Blue Air services and packages, luggage information, special assistance, payment methods, as well as specific information regarding travel restrictions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, check-in, voluntary cancellation, or loyalty programs.
Blue Air customers can start a dialogue with Nadia on the Blue Air website and on the company’s Facebook page. Nadia will help them easily obtain the information they need and guide them toward successful self-service, thus avoiding long wait times to contact the Call Center and freeing up the precious time of Customer Service agents, who can then address more complex situations.
Future updates will include transfers to Customer Service agents and the integration of the virtual assistant with the booking system, which will increase the level of personalization of the services offered by Nadia to Blue Air customers.
