Mohammad Murad is looking for 15 business partners for the 15 projects he will finance within Constanta County. For this, he is willing to put up to 5 million EUR on the line.
Among the projects Murad will finance are a bakery, an art school, a laundry service, greenhouses, a fashion house, a pastry/confectionery lab, a travel agency, a dental clinic, a bio chicken and turkey farm, and others.
For these 15 projects, he needs business partners—people who want to become entrepreneurs and are willing to work for their business.
Mohammad Murad’s project, named “Atelierul de afaceri” (The Business Workshop), will function as follows:
- each individual business will be financed with amounts ranging between 50,000 and 500,000 EUR;
- a distinct commercial company will be established for each, in which the partner will initially receive 20% of the shares, while the remainder will be held by the company or by Mohammad Murad directly;
- after one year, depending on performance, the partner’s share will increase up to 50%, with the possibility of becoming the sole associate with 100% of the shares within a maximum of 3 years.
Murad also ensures a monthly income of 2,000 EUR at the start of the business.
Additionally, the businessman specified that he plans to build a tourist complex in the Danube Delta. This is a project where a total of approximately 15 million EUR will be invested, of which 7 million EUR will be invested in the first phase, Murad stated.
