Constanta businessman Mihăiță Vasea has put up for sale W Regal Boutique Hotel & Spa in Mamaia resort, the asking price for this asset is EUR 8 million. The hotel unit, which has undergone a renovation process in 2023, is owned through the company Sela Boat SRL, controlled by the investor.
Originally built in 2006 and upgraded last year, the hotel has a total of 63 accommodation spaces, divided into 44 double rooms, 16 suites and three apartments. On-site facilities include a spa center with wet and dry sauna, a 100-seater restaurant, a conference room and a 40-space parking lot.
Mihăiță Vasea is known on the local market for his investments in tourism and real estate, managing an extensive portfolio of coastal properties through various legal entities, including the companies Europrod Energy SRL and Nuven International SRL. Although he was involved in various public controversies in the early 2000’s, his recent activity has focused on consolidating his business and investment holdings.
