Nordis Group will soon begin the development of the 5-star Nordis Brașov project, which includes 158 hotel rooms and 43 residential apartments, all designed to a new standard of comfort and refinement.
The project also features the services and facilities of a 5-star hotel: a SPA, conference rooms, a children’s playground, a cinema room, a fitness center, an electric vehicle charging station, and a suspended infinity pool. At the time of the Horwath HTL evaluation, over 35% of the units in the Nordis Brașov complex had already been sold.
