The largest domestic exhibition for bakery, confectionery, and HoReCa returns with an extended range of solutions and technologies for businesses in the field, as well as numerous programs, competitions, and demonstrations for all tastes. What attractions await you between March 19-21, 2015, in Targu Mures.
Technology, art, and innovation meet at the Expo President Center, where for 3 days the seventh edition of the GastroPan exhibition will take place, an event whose scale is also reflected in figures: over 130 exhibitors from 24 countries, 3 exhibition halls totaling over 7,000 sqm, dozens of culinary demonstrations, hundreds of bakers, confectioners, and chefs competing for the most innovative and original products.

The over 20,000 expected visitors are both specialists and entrepreneurs in the sector, as well as passionate people eager to invest in the field. The organizers have ensured that every day the exhibition offers enough attractions for visitors.
THURSDAY – MARCH 19 – on the first day of the exhibition, the 6 competitions from the BAKERY and CONFECTIONERY sections take place, with the Bread of the Year 2015 and Cake of the Year 2015 trophies to be awarded.
FRIDAY – MARCH 20 is the day dedicated to GASTRONOMY competitions, where you can admire the most successful culinary platters and the most impressive fruit and vegetable carvings. Throughout the day, you can also attend the debate of the Association of Specialists in Milling and Bakery (ASMP), where you can find out what innovative solutions researchers are using to respond to new market challenges and trends. The day ends with the traditional GastroPan Festive Dinner, an opportunity for socialization for producers and suppliers in the field.
SATURDAY – MARCH 21 the contests of the previous days and will interact with the supporters of the practical demonstrations. The program will continue with the competition organized by ROMPAN, titled „Youth in the Milling and Bakery Industry”, with the theme „Sweet products from leavened dough”, a competition dedicated to students at risk of school dropout.
