FPTR estimates the first tourists on the seaside will arrive starting June 1st

The Executive First Vice-President of the Federation of Romanian Tourism Employers (FPTR), Dragos Raducan, stated that, if no further changes regarding restrictions occur, then the first tourists of this season will arrive on the seaside on June 1st.
He hopes that the situation regarding restaurants will be resolved by then, and if they remain closed, hoteliers can serve tourists via room service.
He said that the first tourists are expected on the seaside starting June 1st. “We have requests, we have reservations, some are paid through the early-booking system, and if no change occurs, on June 1st we will have the first tourists on the seaside.
Raducan specified that solutions will also be found for all-inclusive, as Romanians and tourists in general will not want to give up all-inclusive. And we are not the ones who will find the best solutions; there are other countries with a stronger industry—the Turks, who are practically the inventors of all-inclusive, will not give up this type of meal service; they will find solutions that we will also adapt in Romania, the FPTR Executive First Vice-President added.
