Former Ramada Majestic Hotel becomes Vision Apartments

Anja Graf, the Swiss entrepreneur, founded the Vision Apartments business 25 years ago, which has grown to a portfolio of 2,500 apartments in Europe.

The company purchased the Ramada Majestic hotel near the Odeon Theatre in 2021, and it has since undergone a renovation process. The investment amounted to 23 million EUR.

Vision Apartments will be fully operational in about four weeks, and company officials expect an occupancy rate of 93%, the group average, for the first year of operation.

Both building wings include over 100 furnished and equipped apartments, ranging from studios to 3-4 room suites, operated as an apart-hotel. The new location features 24h room service and office spaces.

In addition to apartments and studios, the building offers amenities and two dining areas, as well as spa facilities including massage rooms, a pool with a jacuzzi, and a sauna.

Anja Graf intends to purchase another hotel in the capital.
