Former printing house from the 1930s converted into accommodation with €2m investment

A historic building, built around 1930, has been converted into accommodation following a comprehensive consolidation and restoration project. The total investment in transforming the building amounted to around €2 million.

The building was originally used as a printing house and later, from 1950 onwards, as a book depository. The conversion process involved the strengthening of the structure and the complete restoration of the building to match its new function as an accommodation facility.
