Eligible activities include storage, hotels, sports and leisure centers, restaurants, production, recycling, etc., for all regions of the country, except for Bucharest-Ilfov. Projects can involve building from scratch, expanding existing buildings, or simply purchasing equipment; renovation works for existing buildings are not eligible.

The financial allocation is 150 million euros, with the possibility of supplementation up to 500
million euros.
Eligible companies are those that have had an active fiscal year and profit; companies must hold a real right over the land, free of encumbrances, and prepare an estimate according to HG 907.
Projects are submitted online on the MYSMIS platform; therefore, administrators must hold an electronic signature, and the investment must be completed by 2023 at the latest.
