EC approved the transaction through which AccorInvest acquires 86% of the Orbis hotel chain shares

The European Commission has approved the EUR 1 billion transaction through which AccorInvest acquires an 86% stake in the Polish hotel chain Orbis from the French group Accor, which is present with 73 hotels in Central and Eastern Europe, including Romania.
In April of this year, the Polish group will open a new hotel in Bucharest under the ibis Styles brand, based on a contract signed in the fall of 2018 with Dentotal Hospitality, a company owned by Anghel and Bogdan Dogariu.
