This month, the company will open four new locations in Bucharest, Iași, and Suceava.
The Dulcinella brand, originating from the Republic of Moldova and present in Romania since 2019, announces the expansion of its pastry shop network in Bucharest, Iași, and Suceava. The expansion of the pastry shops represents an investment exceeding 300 thousand EUR.
“The opening of new locations is part of our expansion strategy. Our goal is to maximize the brand’s potential through locations with high visibility, traffic, and convenience for customers, so we can develop the Dulcinella brand nationally in the long term. Moreover, in our new development plan, we emphasize novelty, adaptability, and a functional organizational culture, offering extra benefits for employees and constantly trying to help them grow with us,” states Sergiu Diaconu, representative of the Dulcinella shareholders.
Dulcinella is a brand founded in 2005 in the Republic of Moldova. Since 2019, it has also expanded into Romania with over 20 own stores in 10 cities, including 7 locations in Bucharest, with its factory in Târgu Neamț.
Locally, the company has over 120 employees. As of 2024, it is owned by Cornelius H Group, an investment fund from the UK, but with roots also in the Republic of Moldova.
