Dubai Emirate builds the largest marina in the Middle East

On January 3rd, the Emirate of Dubai revealed a new tourism megaproject, which involves building the largest marina in the Middle East, featuring approximately 1,400 berths for luxury yachts. “Dubai Harbour” will also include a cruise port and a terminal capable of accommodating 6,000 passengers simultaneously, the government announced in a statement.

The main building of this new project will be a 135m tower, “Dubai Lighthouse,” equipped with a hotel and an observation deck.

It will be built in the luxury district of Dubai Marina, close to a large palm-shaped artificial island.
