Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard in Bucharest has been awarded “Hotel Project of the Year” at the SEE Property Forum Awards 2025, a regional event that recognizes the performance of the real estate sector in South East Europe. The award recognizes the project’s impact on the Romanian luxury hotel market and its contribution to its development.
The project is being developed by NIRO Investment Group and will be operated by the international Corinthia Hotels chain. The hotel is set in an iconic building in the center of Bucharest, combining architectural heritage with contemporary five-star hospitality standards. The jury for the award was made up of Romanian real estate industry leaders. According to the developer, the award confirms NIRO’s commitment to supporting projects that bring value to the community, helping to strengthen Bucharest’s position as a European luxury destination and to promote cultural heritage through sustainable investment.
