The average selling price of a studio in Cluj is 41,069 euros in October, compared to only 35,499 euros, which is the average price owners ask for a studio in Bucharest. The same situation is observed in the case of two-room apartments, with the highest average selling price also recorded in Cluj, at 59,108 euros, while in Bucharest, for a similar home, the average selling price requested by owners is 54,622 euros.
The situation is reversed for three-room apartments, with the highest average selling price found in Bucharest, at 76,961 euros, while in Cluj, a similar home is valued at 74,617 euros. The same situation is recorded for four-room apartments, the most expensive being also in Bucharest, at an average selling price of 103,245 euros, while in Cluj, the average selling price is 99,618 euros in October.
