The City Grill restaurant group is ending 2025 with an investment program totaling €3 million, with the funds earmarked for upgrading the locations’ infrastructure, accelerating digitalization processes and developing the culinary experience. These steps are part of a multi-year development program, through which the company is responding to new quality and experience standards in the HoReCa market.
A significant part of the budget has been directed towards major projects in key locations. The Restaurant Pescăruș is benefiting from the largest allocation, €1.5 million, for a comprehensive reconceptualization process covering both the interior design and the modernization of the technical area. In parallel, at Hanu’ lui Manuc’s Manuc, a project to extend and modernize the premises was carried out with an investment of around €550k. The works aimed at optimizing the service flows and increasing the capacity to accommodate a larger number of guests.
