On June 6, travel agencies Christian Tour and Prestige Tours International launched direct flights from Arad to Antalya, which will take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The airbase director, Dan Balacel, stated that the two contracts signed with the travel agencies are valid until mid-September, specifically during the summer season.
Approximately 90 tourists from the west of the country and Hungary boarded the first flight to Antalya.
Announced prices for Antalya start from 363 EUR/person, with all services and taxes included, namely air transport, 7 nights of accommodation and meals at the hotel, airport-hotel-airport transfer, medical and Storno insurance, as well as tourist assistance in Romanian.
