Ceetrus continues investments in Romania

The French company wants to build a 40-hectare real estate project in Reșița, a city of 65,000 inhabitants.

Real estate developer Ceetrus Romania, formerly Immochan Romania, plans to continue investments both in the Coresi project in Brașov and in Reșița, where it is launching the largest transformation project of a former industrial platform.

The urban regeneration project located on the Mociur-UCMR Reșița industrial platform will take place over 15 years.

The retail, office, entertainment, and hotel development phases are correlated with 3 residential development phases, with a total scope of 49,200 sqm and 582 units (studio, 2 rooms, 3 rooms). An Apart Hotel (11,500 sqm and 177 units) is also planned in the residential development.
