Apart-hotel Campeador Inn in Cluj-Napoca to Open in Spring

The construction company Campeador, owned by the Larionesi family, has invested in Cluj-Napoca in the development of an apart-hotel with 110 accommodation units. Access to these units can be done by scanning a QR code, without interacting with receptionists—a novelty on the Romanian hotel market.

The Campeador Inn complex will include 110 units available for rent, divided between an office area, standard rooms, and apartments. The opening will take place gradually, with the first 44 rooms available in the spring, and the rest by June.

“We have a guest access area based on a QR code for their safety. Reservations can be made online, the QR code is received on the phone, and it is scanned at the reception or at a separate entrance, with direct access to the room. Billing can also be done by the guest themselves.”

Apart-hotel clients will also have an electronic kiosk available for self-check-in and self-check-out.

Ten of the rooms on the ground floor of the building have been designed as office spaces, which can be rented by the day, by the month, or on a long-term basis.
