Restaurant chain Burger King has opened its first drive-thru restaurant in Medgidia. This marks the company’s latest opening in Romania this year.
According to company representatives, the new location aims to become a local reference point for customers. “Although this is our first restaurant in the city, we aim to quickly become a point of reference for lunch breaks, long trips and moments spent with family and friends,” said Raluca Lupu, Head of Operations Burger King & Popeyes Romania. The unit is equipped with modern equipment, self-order kiosks and offers a refill option for soft drinks. Burger King, founded in 1954, is the second largest quick-service restaurant chain globally.
