THE OPPORTUNITY:
Cernica Events is not just an event venue, but a premium destination complex with 11 distinct spaces located by the lake and in the forest. We host hundreds of large-scale events annually, and our activity in the field of corporate sales is rapidly expanding.
We are looking for a B2B sales professional with a “Hunter” mindset, proactive and results-oriented. If you have experience in attracting new accounts, negotiating complex contracts, and selling corporate experiences (Christmas parties, conferences, teambuildings, product launches), we invite you to build a successful career with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identifying target companies (online research, LinkedIn, networking) and generating new business opportunities (cold calling, cold emailing).
- Sales Cycle Management: Complete management of the B2B relationship, from the first interaction and organizing viewings at our complex, to negotiating terms and signing contracts.
- Consultative Selling: Creating commercial proposals and “out of the box” concepts, tailored to the needs and budgets of each corporate client.
- Operational Synchronization: Given the complexity of our events, you will collaborate directly with the Executive Chef to customize menus and ensure an impeccable transfer of details (by drafting the Event Sheet/BEO) to the Operations Manager, who will handle the physical execution of the event.
- Relationship Maintenance: Conducting face-to-face meetings at clients’ offices and building loyalty with acquired accounts to generate recurring business.
- Performance: Rigorous tracking of performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the corporate events, hospitality, or tourism industry is mandatory).
- Commercial Skills: Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. You are not afraid of rejection and know how to open doors at the decision-maker level (HR Managers, CEOs, Marketing Managers).
- Organization: Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a long sales cycle.
- Tech-Savvy: Solid PC operating skills (Excel, Google Workspace) and experience using a CRM system.
- Availability: Category B driving license and availability for travel to potential clients’ offices.
