Brothers Marius and Emil Cristescu have invested 12.5 million RON in a SPA center and a multifunctional gym within the Arsenal Park complex in Orăștie, Hunedoara County.
The entire project funded with European money targeted investments in an aqua park – spa center, multifunctional gym, children’s playground, tree climbing course, bicycle and walking path, ice rink, skate park, and an equestrian leisure center. Additionally, an extreme sports tower was also set up here.
Out of the total value of investments in leisure infrastructure, amounting to 27.6 million RON, 12.07 million RON represented non-reimbursable financial assistance. The investment in the SPA center and the multifunctional gym is 12.5 million RON.
In 2015, Arsenal Park was visited by 50,000 people, and for this year, Emil Cristescu estimates that the opening of the aqua park will bring over 100,000 visitors.
