Structured over B+GF+M+3F+Attic with a total gross built area of approximately 7,200 sqm, the property will blend historic architecture with modern design elements. Upon completion, the hotel will feature 97 rooms, a bar, a restaurant, meeting and event spaces, as well as a fitness center, aiming to reposition the asset in the central hotel market.
Optim Project Management provides integrated services, including design, construction, and cost management, site inspection, health and safety coordination, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) procurement and installation.
