The owners of the Alpin Resort hotel complex in Poiana Brașov have received environmental approval to build a hotel in the Olimp resort.
The building will feature 124 rooms and two apartments for accommodation. At the same time, the project proposes the demolition of a 2,092.5 sqm swimming pool, 121.8 sqm changing rooms, and a G+1F+M administrative building with a built area of 63 sqm.
The spatial-functional organization of the levels composing the building will be as follows: the basement will house the lobby, elevators and stairwell, thermal plant, staff changing rooms, staff offices, kitchen storage spaces, warehouses, a civil defense shelter, six staff rooms each with its own bathroom, and a SPA area with four treatment rooms, a lobby, and a reception area.
The ground floor will feature the reception, luggage room, lobby, elevators and stairwell, public restrooms, a multifunctional hall, a restaurant, a bar, bar storage, and a kitchen. Floors I-IV will each consist of 24 connecting rooms (arranged in pairs), each composed of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace, plus two single rooms with their own bathroom and hallway.
The fifth floor will have 20 connecting rooms (in pairs), composed of a hallway, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace, and two apartments consisting of a hallway, bathrooms, living room, kitchenette, bedrooms, and terraces. The sun terrace will have a capacity for 120 people and will offer access to the pool. The proposed swimming pool to be built above the fifth floor of the hotel complex will have a capacity of 300 cubic meters and will be equipped with anti-limescale filters.
Alpin 2003 SRL was established on June 20, 2003, with its headquarters at 9 Poiana Doamnei Street, Poiana Brașov. The administrators and associates are Claudiu and Ileana Roxana Aron, each holding 50% of the social capital.
