Starting April 8, 2020, all foreigners entering France or French overseas territories require a travel permit, the Ministry of the Interior in Paris announced. The announced measure took effect immediately.
The form in English and French, which can be downloaded from the ministry’s website, must be completed and presented at border crossing points or before boarding flights to France.
Not only tourists, but also those who must enter France from other European Union member states for work reasons must specify the reason for their travel.
