Greek company Aegean confirms it has purchased a 25% stake in the Romanian airline operator Animawings, launched earlier this year, in a transaction worth 412,000 EUR.
Animawings is set to operate on the Romanian market, flying to tourist destinations such as Tenerife, Antalya, Corfu, Bodrum, Hurghada, Dubai, but exclusively for charter flights.
The flights of the company, part of Memento, within the Christian Tour group, will be operated by the Greek airline Orange2fly.
