The Bucharest National Airports Company (CNAB) recorded a record 9.28 million passengers in 2015 at the two airports it manages – Henri Coandă International Airport and Aurel Vlaicu Băneasa International Airport – an 11.6% increase compared to the previous year.
 
The two airports recorded 108,566 aircraft movements, up 6.4% from the previous year.
Of the total, Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest recorded 9.27 million passengers and 97,218 aircraft movements.
Currently, 31 airlines operate at Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest, transporting passengers to 70 destinations.

In 2015, Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport in Constanța County recorded over 78,500 commercial passengers, a 107% increase compared to 2014, announced the airport director, Bogdan Artagea.
Additionally, 2,227 commercial aircraft movements were recorded, 126% more than the previous year.
Regular flights to Milan, London, and Istanbul operate from Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport, with new routes to be introduced starting with the 2016 summer season.
