Abris Investment Fund Acquires Dentotal

Investment fund Abris has acquired the dental materials import and distribution company Dentotal Protect, owned by Anghel and Bogdan Dogariu. Last year, the company, with 114 employees, had a turnover of 78 million RON and a net profit of 6.6 million RON.
In the fall of last year, it was announced that the Orbis group, a partner of AccorHotels, signed a management contract with Dentotal Hospitality for an ibis Styles hotel in downtown Bucharest.
Additionally, the Dogariu family also owns the 4-star Mercure Bucharest City Center hotel in Bucharest, also operated in partnership with Orbis.
ibis Styles Bucharest City Center will be built on 146 Stirbei Voda Street. The newly built hotel, which will be inaugurated in 2020, will have 152 rooms. Another ibis Styles hotel was opened in Bucharest together with the company Constructii Erbasu S.A. under a management agreement.
Recently, businessmen Marius and Emil Cristescu signed with the Ibis network for the affiliation of a hotel in which they will invest over 10 million EUR.
At the end of December 2017, the Orbis network included over 420 Ibis Styles hotels and 43,000 rooms in 45 countries.
