An investor has obtained a building permit for the first holiday home and the related access road in the high area of the Bucegi Mountains.
Recently, authorities approved the development of a residential, tourist, and leisure complex on 10 hectares, near the Piatra Arsă cabin.
The urban plan approved by the Moroieni Local Council stipulates that several buildings will be erected on a 10-hectare area, and the mayor claims that this would also include hotels and guesthouses, as several investors want to come to the area.
Laurențiu Moraru, the mayor of Moreni, stated that these investors also want to bring utilities to the Piatra Arsă area; in this regard, studies are being conducted to bring water from Bolboci and electricity from Bușteni or Sinaia, and gas will also be brought to that area. Additionally, there will be a sewage treatment plant, the mayor of Moreni specified.
