A regional edition of the Gastronomy and Wine Congress will take place on October 19 and 20 in Tulcea: “Wines and Dobrogean Dishes”.
The event, which will be held at the “La Liman” restaurant, has the dual purpose of promoting the destination’s gastronomy as a whole to the general public and interested companies.
Over the two days, there will be a series of cooking shows, an exhibition with tasting, a regional wine competition, product and concept presentations, as well as book launches and conference-debates regarding the national and international identity and branding of Dobrogea. All these will constitute the attractions of the event, for which group trips from Bucharest and other cities will also be organized.
HoReCa representatives from the region and the capital, NGOs, local authorities, travel agencies and tour operators, the general local public and visitors from other cities, and nationally relevant publishers are expected at the event.
