A golf course and an exclusive clubhouse are being built in Niculești commune, Dâmbovița county, approximately 40 kilometers from the Capital.
The complex will span 72 hectares and will include a luxury clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, a wellness center, 112 apartments, and 170 individual villas, all overlooking the golf course. Most of the works will be completed next year, and in 2024, we will organize the first tournament. The investment is private and exceeds 60 million EUR.
The 18-hole golf course will comply with all standards required by the sport. Additionally, the site will host golf tournaments with participants from around the world, and will also feature a Golf Academy, a clubhouse, restaurants, swimming pools, sports courts, playgrounds, as well as a hotel, an event hall, and a wellness center.
Local authorities state that the project will practically put the county on the international golf map, and for the locality, it will mean a great deal, beyond the “significant” contribution to the local budget.
