The Municipal Commission for Urbanism and Territorial Planning (CMUAT) Oradea has approved the construction of a hotel opposite Oradea Airport.
The project was proposed by the company Viladina Constructii S.R.L, which requested a permit for the construction of a mixed-use building featuring two event halls, accommodation units, site landscaping, construction site organization, and connection to public utilities on Calea Aradului, across from the airport.
The new Viladina hotel will have a height regime of G+3 floors and will be completed in two stages.
