A 4-star hotel in Mamaia Nord is listed at €5.34 million

The offers, visible on specialized websites, cover the entire coast, from Năvodari to Vama Veche, and include hotels, restaurants and hostels. The reasons for the sales vary, from successful turn-key businesses and underperforming projects to owners deciding to get out of the business and monetize their investments.

A specific example is the four-star Hotel Javu in Mamaia Nord, which has been put up for sale for EUR 5.34 million. The unit, completed in 2021, is a P+4-storey building on a 1,000 square meter plot. Accommodation capacity is 29 rooms and two suites, and facilities include a restaurant, bar, terrace, elevator, fitness room and 16 parking spaces. According to the owner’s representatives, the hotel has quality finishes and luxury furnishings, and the transaction includes the turnkey takeover of the business, including the portfolio of recurring customers, and is considered an investment opportunity in a growing area.
