Following an inspection, the Ministry of Tourism fined [them] 50,000 RON and withdrew the classification certificates of 10 hotels owned by the Micula brothers on the coast.
The ten sanctioned seaside hotels are: National (Mamaia), Unirea (Mamaia), Banat (Olimp), Clabucet (Neptun), Romanta (Neptun), Balea (Neptun), Terra (Neptun), Caraiman (Neptun), Craiova (Neptun) and Slatina (Neptun).
The owners of the sanctioned hotels can contest the sanction within 15 days from the date of delivery or communication of the report, according to the legislation.
