The 10-hectare plot in Cluj has received a favorable opinion for the construction of a complex consisting of a hotel, event halls, a swimming pool, and sports fields.
The urban planning team of Cluj County debated the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for the inclusion of the 109,019 sqm land area, located in Feleacu village, Feleacu commune, into the buildable area.
According to the documentation, a building is proposed for hotel accommodation with a maximum height regime of B+GF+1F (Basement+Ground Floor+1st Floor), three event halls, a swimming pool, sports fields, and children’s playgrounds. The building will have 105 parking spaces, located in the southern and northern parts of the site.
The studied site is located on the Cluj-Napoca – Turda route, at the intersection of DN1 and county road 103 T.
