World’s first hotel with a tropical rainforest to be built in Dubai

In Dubai, the world’s first hotel with a tropical rainforest will be built to recreate the jungle sensation.
The future Rosemont Hotel & Residences complex will be classified as 5 stars and will consist of two 47-story twin towers, and at their common base, there will be a tropical rainforest, which will be arranged over 5 floors and an area of 7,000 sqm. In addition to the tropical rainforest, the hotel will have an artificial beach and waterfalls, a wave pool, a huge aquarium, and trees that will freshen the air without humidity, writes Business Insider.
Furthermore, the hotel will have a pool with a transparent base that will be built on the 25th floor, suspended above the streets of Dubai, and robotic staff to handle guests’ luggage.
The hotel’s construction will be completed in 2018 after an investment of 265 million EUR.
The hotel, operated by Hilton Worldwide, will have 450 rooms, a restaurant, a spa center, a gym, and a rooftop pool. Additionally, one of the twin towers will house 280 residential properties.
