The Pogonaru family has announced that the new shopping center in the Obor area, Veranda Mall, will open to the public next autumn. BogArt has been appointed as the general contractor for the mall’s construction.
Veranda Mall will have a built area of 66,700 square meters, with a leasable area of over 25,000 square meters across two levels. The project, spanning 1.5 hectares, also includes green spaces open to the public: terraces, parks, and playgrounds. 80% of the shopping center’s area is already occupied, according to CBRE, the mall’s exclusive leasing agent.
Currently, excavation work has already been completed by Apolodor S.A., reaching the projected depth, with foundation and structural work expected to be finished by April next year.
