Hotel company Aro Palace has signed the contract through which the Coroana – Postăvaru Hotel was sold to Elevate Properties, a company owned by the Iliescu brothers, founders of the language-learning application Mondly.
Elevate Properties won the auction organized by the hotel company for the sale of the hotel inaugurated at the beginning of the last century, offering the sum of 9.376 million EUR, more than the founders of the company Dacia Plant.
The transformation works of the hotel in the center of Brașov will be completed by the end of 2025, the company announced a month ago.
