UAE Approved the Launch of a New 5-Year Tourist Visa

The Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates approved, at its first meeting this year, a measure that will allow tourists multiple entries into the country over a period of 5 years.
The United Arab Emirates thus announced a change in the tourist visa system, this being the first visa it grants for five years, for multiple entries.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, stated that the visa will allow tourists multiple entries into the country over 5 years, without saying if there will be a fee for the visa application. Currently, tourists can visit the United Arab Emirates with a free multiple-entry visa for up to 90 days from the date of entry.
