Two-aparthotel complex planned in Botosani

A new mixed-type real estate project is to be developed in the municipality of Botoșani, aiming at the construction of two aparthotels in the Calea Națională area. The importance of the investment lies in the introduction on the local market of a modern accommodation concept that combines the flexibility of renting an apartment with the specific services of a hotel. The project, which totals 42 accommodation units and over 6,300 square meters of built area, responds to a growing demand for hospitality solutions suitable for both short and long-term stays, thus diversifying the real estate and tourist offer of the city.

According to the urban planning documentation submitted to the City Hall of Botoșani, a private investor is planning to build a complex consisting of two aparthotel buildings on a 3,500 square meter plot of land located on Calea Națională, with access from Trei Coline Street. The land is currently free of buildings and is not in a historical protection zone.

Each of the two buildings will have a basement, ground floor and three storeys (D+P+3E), reaching a maximum height of 15 meters. The project foresees a total of 42 accommodation units, equally distributed, 21 in each building. The ground floor will have commercial and service spaces, along with a reception area, while the upper floors will house seven accommodation units each. The total floor area of the buildings will exceed 6,300 square meters.

The project also includes a modern parking infrastructure with a total of 50 parking spaces. Of these, 22 will be located in the basement of the buildings and 28 on the surface. Special attention has been paid to modern facilities, with six parking spaces equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles and two specially equipped spaces for disabled people. In addition to parking lots, the development will benefit from green spaces, paved walkways and ornamental shrubs.
