On September 5, the Minister of Tourism, Mircea Dobre, stated that, according to estimates, the Tourism Law, currently under public debate, will be published in the Official Gazette by the end of November.
Regarding the software necessary for implementing the Information System for the Evidence of Tourism Activity in Romania, SIEATR, the minister specified that it will be provided by the STS and will be completed in 2018.
He pointed out that, currently, activity in the tourism sector is regulated by an ordinance from 1998.
The Minister of Tourism participated, in Busteni, on September 5, in the first of the seven scheduled public debates on the draft Tourism Law.
