The Ministry of Tourism will launch a tender for the creation of new brochures to promote Romania as a tourist destination, as existing materials are outdated, full of grammatical errors, and some are completely unintelligible, stated the Minister of Tourism, Mircea Dobre.
“We have the creation of new brochures in this year’s public procurement plan, and perhaps for the first time, we will also create a brochure for the National Company TAROM, because I don’t think it’s normal for this company to have a magazine that advertises certain companies doing outgoing tourism instead of incoming. Therefore, I have decided, together with the Ministry of Transport, to create this brochure, with the particularity that we will include the TAROM logo alongside the Ministry of Tourism, and it will be solely for promotion and will not contain any advertising,” Dobre specified.
According to him, the brochures for promoting Romania as a tourist destination will be produced in a new format, with a new concept.
