Real estate developer Novum Invest will add three new residential towers to the Novum by the Sea resort in Olimp. The new complex, to be delivered within the next two years, will consist of 408 apartments, 36 duplexes, and 465 parking spaces.

In the new Novum by the Sea Grand Resort complex, 11 types of apartments will be available, including studios, 2, 3, or 4-bedroom apartments, and 6 types of duplex/penthouses.
Currently, there are 220 apartments where guests can book their stay; the resort features a private beach, a children’s adventure park, and, as of summer 2021, a 4-season ice rink and a water park.
According to the developer, starting this autumn, the Novum by the Sea complex will also feature a large spa area with over 20 treatment rooms offering recovery and wellness services.
Novum Invest currently has four new housing projects under development in Bucharest, with over 1,700 apartments scheduled for delivery in the next three years.
