THR Marea Neagra SA (stock symbol EFO), a hotel and restaurant operator on the Romanian seaside controlled 75.34% by Transilvania Investments Alliance, has finalized the sale of four real estate assets in the Saturn and Venus resorts for a total value of EUR 14.6 million, plus VAT. The transaction was carried out through direct negotiation with the tenants who held pre-emption rights, in accordance with the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated January 22, 2026.
The divested assets are the Cleopatra Hotel and Restaurant, along with the Narcis Hotel and Restaurant, both in the Saturn resort, purchased by Universal Mangalia SRL, and the Raluca Hotel and Orion Restaurant in the Venus resort, acquired by Atlas Apliance Solutions SRL. The sale and purchase agreements were officially signed on July 15, 2026, according to the report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vasile Cosmin Turcu, following a previous briefing on April 30, 2026.
Both acquiring companies are owned and managed by Nicolae and Mariana Movileanu. Universal Mangalia SRL, established in 1991 in Clucereasa village, Arges county, has accommodation services as its main activity and reported a turnover of EUR 4.66 million, a net profit of EUR 264,000, and debts of EUR 697,400 for 2024, with 60 employees. Atlas Apliance Solutions SRL, founded in 2004 in Mioveni, Arges county, specializing in the manufacture of plastic products, recorded a turnover of EUR 10.09 million, a net profit of EUR 1.08 million, and debts of EUR 4.04 million in 2025, with 179 employees.
