THR Marea Neagră: asset sales of EUR 6 million

Hotel company THR Marea Neagră reported a gross profit of nearly EUR 2 million (EUR 1.99 million) and a net profit of EUR 1.13 million for the first half of 2026, results significantly supported by the divestment of several hotel assets from its portfolio. The buyer, established in 2018 and wholly owned by Mugur Cătălin Constantin, recorded a turnover of over EUR 2.09 million and a net profit of EUR 143.68 thousand in 2025. The second asset, the Siret Complex in Saturn, together with 9,797 sqm of land, was sold for EUR 3.5 million to Mamaia North Investments SA, a company founded in 2017 in Constanța and associated with Cosmin Arion and Daniela Eșanu, which reported a net profit of over EUR 2.47 million and liabilities of EUR 361.39 thousand in 2025. THR Marea Neagră, headquartered in Mangalia at 29 Lavrion Street, which registered a turnover of over EUR 2.66 million, an equivalent net profit, and liabilities of EUR 4.18 million in 2025, continues to operate the Bran-Brad-Bega complexes in Eforie Nord (219 rooms), Narcis-Cleopatra (597 rooms) and Semiramis (327 rooms) in Saturn, as well as Raluca-Orion in Venus (131 rooms). In addition, the company holds for sale Popas Saturn (76,395 sqm), the Flower Greenhouse Land – lot 3 (21,366 sqm), and the Ancora Hotel Land (1,097 sqm).
