Titulescu Road – Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd.
The duration of the lease agreement will be 4 years, with the possibility of extension.
The Ministry of Tourism wants the building in which it will rent space to be no older than 15 years and to be in very good technical condition, both inside and outside. The area of the new headquarters must be between 1,700 and 3,000 square meters, and the usable area should be organized into office spaces for approximately 161 executive employees, offices for 22 management employees, three offices for the Minister of Tourism and the two secretaries of state, two offices for the secretary general and the deputy secretary general, as well as four offices for the cabinets of the minister and the two secretaries of state, which should have a toilet and a kitchenette.
The future headquarters of the Ministry will also need to have three meeting rooms with a capacity of 30-45 people, three spaces of 20 square meters for organizing the data center, the classified documents department, and the cashier’s office.
Additionally, the Ministry also needs a space at the building entrance suitable for organizing the registry activity.
