The Ministry of Tourism has increased the co-financing level for projects in areas with spa resources

To support local authorities with spa resources on their territory, the Ministry of Tourism has increased the co-financing level for projects in these areas, reaching up to 90% of the total project cost, announced Minister Bogdan Trif. Previously, co-financing for such projects did not exceed 50% of their value.
In parallel, the possibility for the technical project to be reimbursed by the Ministry of Tourism within a limit of 3% of the allocated amount has also been included.
This year, the funds provided for investments within the Ministry of Tourism’s budget are six times higher than in 2018.
