Businessman Razvan Petrovici has received 4 offers for the sale of equipment from Terra Park, which opened in the fall of 2011.
Currently, the park operator, controlled by Razvan Petrovici, is in bankruptcy, and the equipment has been unused for about 4 years.
Latest information reveals that Interlink offered approximately 900,000 EUR to take over the equipment, after being willing to offer only about 500,000 EUR at the beginning of the year.
A similar offer in value was submitted by Troostwijk, one of the largest organizers of online industrial auctions in Europe. The company assumes a starting price for the sale of the park’s equipment of 800,000 EUR, requesting a success fee in return.
Another offer was submitted by a company from Constanta, which, however, only wants 6-7 pieces of equipment at a total price of up to 200,000 EUR.
But the most substantial offer was put forward by the company Administrare Active Sector 3 SRL, through which the Local Council of Sector 3 in the Capital, where Robert Negoita is mayor, mainly carries out real estate projects, offering 1.9 million EUR. Most likely, the intention is to transfer the Terra Park equipment to another park in Sector 3 of the Capital.
An offer is still expected from Intermark Ride Group, a division of The Intermark Group, based in Nashville, USA, which has also shown interest in purchasing the assets.
